Times Technology Group Limited, operating as the Times Technology Group (TTG), is a privately owned limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. Its registered share capital is $50,000,000.00. TTG is headquartered in Hong Kong, and its technical sales office is located in Beijing. It also has two joint-partnership sales and marketing offices situated in the major aerospace and defense strategic locations of Chengdu and Xian in China. TTG has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 for the “distribution of aerospace and defense electrical and electronic parts and components”, the first company in the world to receive such certification from SGS. Its total quality management system is accredited by both the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
In 2004, TTG was included on the “Authorized Suppliers List” of China’s Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. It is accepted and authorized by the Strategic Trade Controls Branch of the Trade and Industry Department of Hong Kong as an approved Registered Trader for importing and re-exporting strategic commodities. TTG is registered with and certified by the Export Management and Compliance Division of the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce for meeting the requirements of an authorized SNAP-R User on U.S. export license applications online under a designated Company Identification Number.
